21 Idea’s For Magic Healing
To do your magic healing it is very important that you decide that you want to be a healthier person, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Part of the magic involved is your INTENT. What we think works on our cellular structure. This is the basis of the imaging technique in concentrating on one part of the body to help heal cancer cells. Picturing ourselves attractive and successful sends out vibrations that helps others perceive us that way. Eating healthy with determination starts a wonderful “opening” into our immune system.
SEVEN MAGIC FOODS
1. Salmon (unfarmed), and Sardines (a whole food). Also organic meat and chicken raised free range.
2. Organic Milk, and cheese from cows eating pasture. Everyday eat some yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, blue cheese, feta cheese or buttermilk (for culture). Use butter instead of margarine
3. Almonds, walnuts, and pecans or peanut butter
4. Oatmeal and other grain cereals, some
gluten free (corn meal w/germ and brown rice).
5. Organic raw and cooked green and yellow veggies Note: In old age some people need more cooked than raw (unless it’s juiced).
6. Organic fruits and unsweetened juices, especially grape. Try Lakewood pure Concord grape!!!
7. The cold pressed “oil king” is olive oil. Use on a tossed mixed green salad (avoid ice-berg lettuce). For sautéing use oil with a high “smoke” point like grapeseed oil that is also cold pressed.

SEVEN WAYS TO CONTROL STRESS
8. Physical hobby: Dancing, bicycling, hiking, exercise, etc.
9. Seek out upbeat or empathetic friends. Note: avoid “drainers”; or “confusers” ( They keep you scattered)
10. Take assertive training or set rules (e.g., don’t answer the phone at certain times.)
11. Eat three meals a day and get 7 or 8 hrs sleep
12. Women, one alcohol unit a day, Men, two– unless health or alcohol problems exist. A unit is one glass of wine, one beer, or one oz. liquor.
13. A good massage therapist, chiropractor, or naturopathic doctor is worth their weight in gold. See one to have your health evaluated.
14. Herbal nervines: valerian, passion flower, chamomile, skullcap, hops, melissa, California poppy, oats milky seed, lemon balm. Rescue Remedy has an essence for various disorders.

SEVEN TECHNIQUES FOR THE SPIRIT
15. Attend church, synagogue, or group of choice. Ask your Higher Power for help and then detach yourself and know what is best will happen.
16. Learn and practice meditation frequently.
17.Practice mindfulness (be aware of your thoughts and modify them toward positive thinking and eliminating negativity).
18. Eliminate past-times that bring on negativity, e.g., watching tv programs, news, and reading about deah and destruction.
19. Consult a psychologist, or counselor. If you don’t feel good afterward, get a new one. Help others less fortunate with your special talents.
20. Schedule a bi-annual retreat, spiritual workshop, or meditative get-a-way.
21. Remember that we are here on earth to nourish our spirit and make soul’s growth because that is the only thing that will go with us when we leave. The BODY is the Temple of the SOUL and an Instrument for the PSYCHE. © Atwood
